*Bone-in chicken stewed in an onion, bay leaves, and lemongrass based sauce, flavored with garlic, bird eye chili, and a variety of spices. 

(Choice of steamed white rice or rice noodles)

CANH BÚN  -  PORK AND CRAB NOODLE SOUP


Which served with round, thicker vermicelli noodles, crab ball, chopped pork short rib,  tofu, tomato, water morning glory, onions, and tamarind sauce on the side. 

(Bare in mind that the smell of crab paste is quite pungent but has a mild taste)

STEAM RICE CREPE - BÁNH ƯỚT

Served with Vietnamese pork bologna (chả lụa), ground pork, scallions, beansprout, basil, cucumber, pickled radish - carrots, and in house fish sauce, top with fried onions.

BÚN BÒ HUẾ   -  SPICY CENTRAL NOODLE SOUP

* Bún Bò Huế is made with spicy beef broth, which served with big round rice noodles,  slices of beef shank and tendon, onions,  Vietnamese coriander, crunchy bean sprouts, basils, perilla leaves,  limes and jalapeño.
